We mainly buy Bounty as a compromise between cost and quality, they work well and do the job. We accidentally got some select-a-size and hate them. Most of the time a half sheet is not good for more than a light clean up of a few droplets or for a few jobs of grease absorption on small fried foods. I usually want/need a full sheet but the perforations make it so that invariably the towel splits. For the few jobs that I need a partial sheet, the counter edge makes it easy to get a half or quarter sheet from a normal paper towel.
