Not sure why there is a 1 star review saying this is not thermal paper? Anyways the thermal rolls work perfectly with our poynt machines in our three locations. Ideally I would like to wean our guest off of thermal paper in general as there is no need for printed receipts with email and text options. Just trying to do our part reducing waste.But I have had no problems with this product so far.
