As described & shown. I was very happy with the price and selection of colors. I specifically bought these to make tutus for my infant as many others have done. I thought the fabric was a bit thin and a little rough but I've never actually worked with tulle before so I dont know if this is normal texture for the product or not, but I am not complaining. I made her first Valentines tutu with a red & two pinks that were in the box and I am very happy with my first attempt. The tulle is fairly easy to work with. I believe this product would be great for several different uses. I will most likely be purchasing again, because after research this is a fairly good price compared to other sites for this size of tulle.
